Energy retrofit for five story office building in downtown Anchorage. 96 photovoltaic panels provide up to 10% of electricity for building and was first grid tied project for municipal light and power utility company. Project also includes upgrade of lighting and replacement of two steam boilers with high efficient natural gas boilers to reduce energy load.
