Susitna Square is a 24,100 SF, 18-unit mixed-income housing re-development project in Anchorage completed in 2015. Careful site integration with the adjacent park shields the buildings from busy streets. The townhouse-style dwellings wrap around the site to form a sense of enclosure and a safe place for children to play freely. Dwelling unit interiors are warm and bright with wood accents and large windows.
